Shipping FAQ

The Alice Palace retail shop is set up to supply orders and shipping to customers in: UK, America, Australia and Europe.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders to mainland UK for orders over £4.50, otherwise standard shipping is £2.50.

For international orders the cost of delivery varies depending on the weight and destination, and is calculated by the online ordering system.

We always try to get orders out as soon as possible but please allow up to 7 working days, particularly for personalised items.
